After Harry Potter was orphaned, Dumbledoor and McGonagall had no other option but to leave Potter with his only relatives; the Dursleys. Although they knew the Dursleys were horrible, they were left with no other choice. -
Harry at the Zoo
Harry finds that he is able to communicate with a snake at the zoo. His cousin, Dudley, pushes Harry away to get a look at the snake for himself. Harry is angered by this and uses magic powers to open the cage where the snake is contained. -
Hagrid finds Potter and gives him a letter
The Dursleys have been destroying all the letters sent to Harry. Hagrid shows up to deliver an admission letter to Hogwarts to Harry personally. -
Hagrid reveals the truth about Harrys parents and their death
Harry has been lied to by the Dursleys. Hagrid unfolds the story of how he became the boy who lived, by surviving the killing spell; "Avada Kedavra". He tells Harry that his parents were killed by the man who executed the spell (Voldemort), and that the evil wizard vanished after that day. "You're a wizard, Harry!", he tells him. -
Harry goes to "Diagon alley" with Hagrid
Harry visits the "Magic World" and acquires a wand and a snow owl. -
Harry meets new friends on the Hogwarts Express
On the his travel to Hogwarts, Harry befriends Ron and Hermione. -
Harry is sorted into the Gryffindor
He told the sorting hat that he didn't want to be sorted to Slytherin, he then got sorted to Gryffindor. -
Hermione gets in trouble with a Troll, Harry and Ron to the rescue!
Hermione gets in real trouble when a Troll witch had been let in by Professor Quirrell. Despite being told to stay at their rooms, Harry and Ron come to the rescue and save Hermione. -
Quidditch match
Harrys first Quidditch match ever. An exiting game with a lot of back and forth, but Harry catches the golden snitch and secures the win for his team. -
Harry gets an invisible cloak for Christmas
Harry gets an interesting Christmas gift. An invisible cloak! A note on it read: "Your father left this in my possession before he died. Use it well" -
Ron, Harry and Hermione get detention
Harry, Ron and Hermione were out after bedtime, but they forgot the invisible cloak and got caught and got detention. Draco Malfoy from Slytherin caught them, but ended up with detention as well. At Hogwarts you to the forbidden forest as detention. Together they walked, with Hagrid as a supervisor, and tracked down a dead unicorn. The dead unicorn had a form of a hooded figure drinking from it. It was Voldemort. This was Harrys second encounter with the evil wizard. -
Harry, Ron and Hermione follow professor Quirrell down the trap door
Dumbledore has vanished from Hogwarts. The trio decided to follow Quirrell to protect the stone. Neville tried heroically to stop them, but he was no match for Hermione. The trap door was guarded by a three headed dog called fluffy. They manage to make him fall asleep with the use of a wooden flute Hagrid gave Harry for Christmas. When they manage to come through, they faced some challenges. Everything from playing wizardry chess to catch flying keys. -
Harry arrives to discover that Quirrell was being controlled by Voldemort
After all the challenges, Harry had to go alone to confront Quirrell. He realizing that Harry has the Stone, Voldemort makes Quirrell attack Harry, but his skin starts to burn when they gain contact with Harry. Quirrell almost kills Harry with the killing curse, but Harry defends himself by putting his hands on his face. -
Voldemort makes Harrys scary hurt so badly that he passes out. Harry almost dies before Dumbledore comes for the rescue and saved Harry.Dumbledore to the rescue!

Quiddich and house cup awarded to Gryffindor!
Dumbledore holds a speech before the feast begins. In the house cup rase, Slytherin take the lead and Gryffindor is last, with Ravenclaw and Hufflepuffs in the middle. But Gryffindor get many points for the trios bravery, which made them tie with Slytherin. Neville (who is a Gryffindor) got 10 point for his bravery for standing up to his friends. That made the Gryffindors the winners of the house cup!
