Jamestown Colony was made
Jamestown was the first colony to be established.They had houses they made and they biult a barrier around the colony to keep safe. Jamestown was very succesful and alot of people settled there. -
Powhatan attack on Jamestown
Powhatan Indians and there leader attacked. They used muskets to beat off the enemy. Powhatan leader captures John Smith. -
John Smith is Saved
Pochahontas, leader of Powhattan's daughter, saves John Smith. She threatens the dad and he lets him go. -
Pocahontas gets married
Years after she saves John Smith, Pocahontas gets married. She get married to John Rolfe a few months after she gets baptised into Christianity. -
Pocahontas gets purified.
!614 was a big year for Pocahontas. First she gets baptised in the name of the father and becomes Christian. -
First House of Bergesses meeting
This was the first meeting of House of Bergesses. The meetings in this house weere set for the town to come and make laws.They thought through the laws and chose the laws they thought were fair. -
Pilgrims go to New World
On September 16 1620 the pilgrims boarded the Mayflower to go to the New World. There were 102 pilgrims boarding the ship to have land. -
First Thanksgiving
When the Pilgrims Voyage was over and they were on land they had a feast. This feast they called Thanksgiving. People today have this every last thursday in the month of november and people make food and invite family over for usually dinner or sometimes lunch. -
Govorner is voted
In 1631 a month after the arrival and the thanksgiving feast of all the pilgrims William Bradford, a pilgrim, was elected governor of there civilization. -

The first university in North America was made in 1636. John Harvard made this school and this was called Harvard. -
