Chris is packing
Chris is packing his bag to go Rose's parents house for the weekend. -
Chris and Rose are driving and hit a deer.
Rose and Chris are on their drive to her parents house and hit a deer that comes flying at them out of nowhere and scares them. They pull over to check it out. -
Get pulled over by a cop.
While Rose and Chris are stopped because of the deer, a cop shows up and questions them. He asks for Chris' ID even though he was not driving, and Rose gets upset and says that it does not make any sense. The cop realizes he is wrong and just leaves. -
Chris meets the parents.
They arrive and Chris is introduced to Rose's parents. They seem all nice at first and do not even show any sign that they do not like that he is black. Her dad gives Chris a tour around the house. -
Chris meets the groundskeepers and maid.
Rose's dad introduces Chris to the groundskeeper, Walter, and the maid, Georgina. Chris thinks to himself that they are both a little odd, but does not think much of it. -
Her parents ask if Chris smokes.
Rose's parents find out that Chris smokes, and are not particularly happy about it. Her mom asks if she can hypnotize Chris to get him to stop smoking, but he refuses. Chris is then told about an annual party that her parents host each year, which is to happen in a few days. -
Chris gets hypnotized.
Chris goes outside for some air, and sees Walter oddly running towards him. Chris gets a bit scared, but Walter turns before he can run into Chris. Chris is confused, so he goes inside and Rose's mom makes him sit with her, and she starts to hypnotize him not on his own will. He wakes up the next day not wanting to smoke, and does not say much about it. -
The party happens.
The friends of the parents show up for the party. All seems normal, until Chris notices that all of the guests are white. All the white people act abnormal towards Chris and he finds it odd. -
Chris finds out he is being played by Rose.
Chris feels very uncomfortable and tells Rose he would like to leave. She agrees, and tries to "look" for the keys, but is faking it and tells Chris that she is actually in on the plan to help her parents out and "take his body" and to put the brain of one of the older white people, who bought Chris in an auction, in Chris' body to use his body.
