The 3rd estate declared themselves the national assembly. The others then locked them out of the meeting place where they deciced to break up into a near by tennis court and pleaged to stay there until a new constition was drawn up. -
Storming of the Bastille
Mobs of men stormed a prison in Paris to release prisoners and get weapons. They began attacking the guards and hacking them to death. One of the guards had his head chopped of and put on a stick. the mob began marching around the prison with it. -
Declaration of the rights of man
The Declaration of the rights of man was based on some ideas of the Declaration of independence. Granted equality to men but women were not granted equal citzenship. -
March to Versailles
A huge mob of women marched to Versailles to take complaints to the king and bring him back to paris to sign the declaration of the rights of men. They wanted bread also. -
Louis's Trial
When in Trial, the people tried Louis for tresome and while he was giving a speech they deciced that he had to die. he was then executed using the guillotine. -
Attacks on prision
The use of the guillotine on multiple began to push people to do crazy things. Men began raping women. Many preists began to break their vows and many raids began. -
The Terror
the reign of terror started a huge death raid. many officals wanted people dead and during one of his meetings Jean Paul Marat began a tiard that eventually lead to his death. -
Robespierre Killed
after a while no one wanted to listen to his arguments. he was so afraid that his parteners tried to commit suicide. He then was called to trial and beheaded.
