Convening the Estate General
The final meeting of the three estates, they were looking to fix the problem of the dept. The first and second estates decided to vote to raise the taxes on the third estate. The third estate then realized they had no say and formed the National Assembly. -
Tennis Court Oath
The third estate had no say in the goverment so they formed the National Assembly the king then locked them out of their meeting place. They then met in a Tennis Court and signed the oath that stated they wouldn't stop meeting until they drafted a Constitution. -

A mob of women marched to Versalles demanding bread from the king. They had heard rumors that the king and queen were hoarding bread. So the mob brought the king and queen back to Paris. -
Louis and Marie Try To Escape France
Louis and Marie fled to Versalles becuase they got forced to move to Tuileries Place where they couldn't hide the supplies of bread. -
