He created this work to give the world insight, for years to come, on another way to view divine responsibilities and morals; evoking thought. This piece is important because it is part of the framework that is today's unwritten ethical duties and Western philosophies.

In today's social society and psychological world, a lot of credit is owed to Aristotle concerning reasoning. Aristotle's systematic view on logic eludes to a universal law of reasoning. His studies and findings are the foundation for many moral solutions and ideologies concerning logic and reason. This is important because it laid the framework for today's psychologists and behavioral scientists'.

    These "holy wars" took place from 1095 to 1291. Western Europe sought it as their right to try and convert the rest of the population to believe in Christianity. As ironic is it sounds, this regime was very physically violent and forceful. This is a big piece of religious history because it is the first time that a religious movement of this size was so powerful and outlandish in it's efforts.This is important because of the impact it had on the rest of the religious world.

One of the first people to so descriptively document positive encounters with Native Americans. Smith's goal was to be able to pass down his incredible experiences and compromises with Native Americans. This work is an important piece of historical American literature.

This is important because it shows the potential of patriotic citizens to put an unruly government in its place.

The original plot is not strayed very far from as the play uses and amazing display of vocal talent and a very effective script that uses interesting dialogue. Even in the 1920's and 1930's the audience was captivated by the suspenseful plot. Even in times of oppression and economic recession this piece has lived on for generations to tell its original tale.

Many fans and readers are taking notice of it's sudden relevancy as it eludes to many facts and eerily similar situations that society faces today. Being born in 1903, Orwell witnessed World Wars 1 & 2 as well as the rise of dictatorships and different totalitarian powers.

    Notorious for putting himself in danger during live performances, Burden's objective in this performing arts piece was to evoke fear and suspense from his audience. his performance is a message from Burden that artists sort of play a role in society as a scapegoat and also is relevant to it's time period (Vietnam War Era) as he sends a message about martyrdom and perhaps even gun control. This work is important because it shows passion and is raw enough emotionally that it stands out to viewers.

    The Vietnam War era is a period of time that gave birth to many great thinkers, leaders, speakers, ideologies, artists, and genres of music. This was a very angst-driven and "awoken" time period as many people seen for the first time that in the public eye the government may not always do what they say they will OR even tell the public what they're doing. The rime period is especially important because it was led predominantly by the youth, exercising their rights and flooding in at protests.

    Also known as the Milan Towers, these structures stand 256 feet and 344 feet in height. From top to bottom, over 700 trees and 90 species of plants grow on the outside of the towers. Designed by Boeri Studio, this provides a new modernized, "green" approach that integrates plant life with industrial projects. By taking advantage of vertical space, the building provides more plant life and trees that would've been growing within the original square footage of the property, pioneering a new design

    The chosen artwork is just a piece of a powerful and politically-relevant series created by Polish artist Pawel Kuczynski. This piece evokes emotion; particularly sadness and despair as he provides insight on societal issues and controversies. The colors used are very bleak and the subject is a man standing in a dry wasteland, watering a plant he is holding just to benefit from the oxygen released; addressing deforestation and global environmental issues that we still battle in today's society.
