The beginning
We were presented with this amazing project and we were also invited to participate on it. We joined in group and we start by coming up with some general ideas of what we could do, but with didn’t come with the perfect idea. -
The decision
We finally come to a decision. We realized that we’d better divide our project in two different stages. We thought that we should do something that allows people from our county to recycle and then promote a campaign to sensitize them to the importance of recycling. So, we decided to research about the existence of Eco banks in our county to find places in need of these structures. Then, we create a petition in order to invite the ones in charge of Eco banks, to establish this equipment in those -
Presenting our project to the teacher and starting to create flyers
We presented our ideas to the teacher and after her acceptance, we immediately started to define an agenda where we establish when and what will we do during this month. We called our project “Eco-dream”. Moreover, we made a description of our project that we put on “Eco-heroes in action” platform. -
Creating flyers and starting collecting signatures
We began to create our flyers. We made one in English for our project and one in Portuguese to distribute to the population of Sátão. In these flyers we include a complex description of what people should put on blue, yellow and green bank and some sentences to invite them to recycle. We also create papers where we will collect signatures. Each member of the group is in charge of collecting 125 signatures, so that in the end we have a total of 500. -

Continue collecting signatures
We have been on the street, collecting signatures from the ones who live in our county. Furthermore, we also finished our flyers and then we sent them to our teacher so that she could correct in some eventual mistakes. We also contact the town council looking for a specially detailed map with the locations of Eco banks all around the county, so that we can see places where these structures are missing. -
Finally we have everything prepared!!!
With all the signatures and the flyers completed, it’s time to present the results of our campaign to the authorities in charge of Eco banks in our town. Our objective is to show them that everybody should be allowed to recycle so that they can move and establish Eco banks in these specific places where there is none. After that we will distribute flyers all around the county to invite people to recycle and finally materialize our Eco-dream. -

With our mission completed, it’s time to present result. We will present the results of our project and our reports. We want to finish this project so proud that we should be able to day that we really contribute for a better world! -
Creating a awareness poster
We also created a poster where are the different types of eco banks and what we should deposit on it. And also there's a draw of our planet and a tree asking for help.
