when i was 5 back in first grade i remember i had Dr.lavel. i'm not sure why but for some reason we were doing jumping jacks in her homeroom class. in the middle of this i started to feel sick but i didn't want to interrupt everyone and explain why i was stopping so i just kept going. about a minute later i felt the vomit shoot up my throat i ran to the in class bathroom with my hand over my mouth but i was late the throw up was shooting through my hand before i could make it.
  • the dog (fear)

    the dog (fear)
when i was 6 years old i was at a friends house playing around. then all of a sudden we heard barking out of nowhere. we turn around to see a huge dog barking and jumping on a fence. this would be normal if the dog didn't actually make it over the fence! luckily it was a short distance from us to the house. we sprinted to the house with the dog close behind. we closed the glass door behind us terrified. looking out to see the dog sitting there waiting.
  • losing a tooth (funny)

    losing a tooth (funny)
when i was 7 years old me i had a loose tooth. i would always wiggle it to try and get it out but it wouldn't budge. it was almost ready to come out but it wasn't quite there yet. so one day my dad, my brother, and i were all playing around wrestling when all of a sudden bam. my brother had accidentally punched me in the face and knocked my tooth out in the process. it was like something out of a cartoon. i stood there in shock first but soon we all started laughing as i went to go clean up
  • T-ball game (success)

    T-ball game (success)
when i was 8 years old i was on a t-ball team. i used to be very shy and i didnt really want to join a team. i wasn't good at anything and i was afraid of messing up in front of people. despite this my mom made me join the baseball team. after a couple of practices we had our first game. i was excited and anxious at the same time. we ended up winning the game and i had gotten the winning home run. it was my first time actually winning something as a team and it felt good.
  • easter (surprise)

    easter (surprise)
when i was 8 it was easter time. the night before i was so exited to go egg hunting the next day. at this point in my life i still believed in the easter bunny. so i woke up early to go check for eggs but there wasn't anything there which made me sad. so i periodically went out to check if the easter bunny came, but one of those times i went out i saw someone putting eggs down but it wasn't the easter bunny.. it was my mom. i was very shocked to find that the easter bunny isn't real.

  • the race (failure)

    the race (failure)
when i was 11 i had signed up to be in a biathlon with my friend. the plan was for him to do the biking half while i did the running half. the running half was the first half so i would have to circle back and tag him before he could start. i was so confident in my ability ro run fast that i didn't take into account the fact that i didn't have good stamina. so halfway through the race i was completely done i barely made it back to my friend. he was not happy that i came back last
  • rejected (failure)

    rejected (failure)
when i was 13 i liked this girl named julia. i never really got to talk to her nor was i really friends with her but i thought she was the most beautiful girl in the world. it was ending the school year and i planned on asking her out before the last day ended. so i made a note that had a line for her number on it. i was about to ask her right before she got on the bus to go home for the summer but at the last second i chickened out. i went home that day feeling like a failure.
  • bike crash (failure)

    bike crash (failure)
not too long ago when i was 16 i had gone to a summer camp. at this camp there were different activities you could sign up for, i chose dirt biking because that seemed cool to me. after a few lessons and a few trail rides as a final test we had to do a barrel run in front of a crowd of people. even though i was told not to i planned on doing a wheelie at the end of my run. the issue was that i didn't know how to do one properly so i flew off and did a flip in the air in front of the whole crowd.
