*Oliver Brown, his daughter Linda, and the school board. *He wanted his daughter to go to a desegregated school. * Topeka, Kansas * Important to history because it made it possible that whites and blacks could go to the same school. *Brown vs Board impacted society because the Supreme Court made the decision that all kids would go to the same school. -

*Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin *Astronauts wet up on Apollo 11 and Armstrong was the first to walk on the moon. *The moon is the place. *It's important to history because America beat Russia to the moon by putting a U.S. flag on it. *The Man Lands on the Moon impacted society because it was able to watched on television and showed the possibilities are endless. -

*Islamic terrorist group called Al-Qaeda and the Americans. *It was the most destructive day where planes were hijacked and a lot of people died. *NYC, the Pentagon, and a field where one was taken down. *Important to history because it showed how off guard we were and it's a day every American remembers. * 9/11 impacted society because so many people lost their lives from these hijackings and people were courageous to help fight back. -
