Dred Scott
Dred Scott is a slave and was taken to the free state by his owner. However, he want freedom based on that fact that he is in a free state, but the Supreme Court determined that Dred Scott as slave, a property will not have the right. As a result all African Americans were denied to the American citizens ship.
