John Logie Baird made the first television glimmer across a few feet in 1924 it wasn't until 1926 he gave the first demonstration of a true television in front of 50 scientists. 1930 had the first aired commercial on Charles Jenkins television program. 1955 had made the first colored television. -

In 1955 they first introduced color television. Some networks didn't have color until the 60's. They would have black and white on some of the seasons then they finally were introduced to color. -

How Television has changed throughout the decade
TV has changed over the years due to the technology. Like TV goes online and with high speed Internet, video streaming and digital recording enter the scene. Seventy-five years ago, the television was introduced with skepticism and wonder.
