    It was a peace treaty created by "The Big Three" They were David Lloyd George (Britain), Clemenceau (France), and Woodrow Wilson (America). David was against Germany. Clemenceau wanted to teach Germany a lesson so they will never start another war again. Woodrow wanted everyone to agree the Fourteen Points which had the League of Nations that made everyone allies.Germany signed the Treaty of Versailles because they had no other choice.

    The Weimar RepublicFirst proclaimed by the Social Democratic leadership. Taken place in Weimar, Germany. They thought it was a safe place for them to create a new constitution. The constitution was signed in Aug. 11,1919. The Prussian prime minister, Otto Braun a Social Democratic Center Party coalition from 1920-1932. Mar. 8, 1922, founding of Hitler Youth. Jan. 1, 1926, Germany joins League of Nations. Jan. 30th, 1933, Hitler was named Weimar Chancellor. Mar. 23, 1933, the Weimar Republic is destroyed.

Nov. 8, Hitler brought the Nazi party to a beer hall where politiacians were having a meeting and Hitler captureded them and tried to put himself in charge of the government but then the police came and started shooting so then the Beer Hall Putsch failed so he went to jail for 9 months. He wrote a book called Mein Kampf (my struggle).

Was originally going to be called "Four and a Half Years of Struggle against Lies, Stupidity and Cowardice" but his Nazi army shortened it to "Mein Kampf" (My Struggle). Talks about how perfect the Aryan race is and struggling to get rid of the imperfect ones.

    Great DepressionStock market crashed in October 1929. That was the economic depression for the people becasue then they could lose their jobs, houses, savings, etc. And since the U.S. had this choas, it allowed Hitler and Japan rise into dictatorship. Japan came to Hawaii and bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. The Great Depression died that year and the U.S. entered the war with Japan and WWII came in 1945.

    When Germany fell into povery after WW1, Hitler came along and blamed the Jews for taking away the jobs that belonged to the Germans. He wanted to get rid of them so they can get their 'work and bread' back. So he created his army called the Nazis. And together they worked to destroyed all 'non-Aryans'.
