    Teams and players names were popping up on newspapers making the sport, teams, and player all more popular. After that baseball grew faster than ever.
  • Babe Ruth

    Babe was very famous for his hits. But what got him popular was because in 1914 he had won 24 games for his pitches. As he grew more popular, people noticed how well he played and hit.
  • Radio Games

    Radios had been starting to play baseball games for folks who couldn't make it to the ballpark to see the game. To this day baseball games are being broadcasted on radios.
  • First MVP

    The first MLB MVP was Frankie Frisch from St. Louis MO. He played for Lefty Grove Philadelphia. This is important because since then there has been MVP's till this day.
  • First Writer
