    The 19th Amendment guarantees women who are 21 and older the right to vote. The federal government or any state government can't deny someone the right to vote based on their sex.

    The 20th Amendment changed the presidential inauguration date from March to January. It also says that the Vice President would act as President if the President elect dies before the inauguration.
