The Life of Alexandre Dumas
In 1802, Alexandre Dumas was born in Villers-Cotterêts, France. His beautiful handwriting landed him landed him a job with duc d'Orléans, where he began to read and write. In 1822, he wrote his first play, Henri III et sa cour. Dumas wrote essays, short stories and novels, along with plays and travelogues. Alexandre had many affairs with different women, specifically younger women. He had at least one daughter and one son with different women. In 1870, Alexandre Dumas died in Puys, France.
