Ken Stevenson faces two felony charges, one for theft, and one for fraudulent schemes. According to court documents KSWT News 13 obtained Friday, Stevenson is accused of selling vehicles with unsecured titles. The vehicles according to the documents were owned by AEA Federal Credit Union.
