G20 Summit The Beginning
This first event was the day of the G20 Summit at Queens Park in Toronto. Where lots of protesting was occuring because of those against the G20 Summit. -
The Incident
After dropping his waterbottle filled with watered down whisky Adam goes to the store to pick up a twelve pack of beer and some poster board and markers. Adam draws on the poster board "Let Donna Graduate" and before he was finished was chased down by police who brutally attacked him putting him in jail for 31 hours and in the hospital for three days -
Adam Nobody comes in
Adam Nobody was a simple man who came to the G20 Summit protests because he was curious about what was happening at the Park that day. -
Case Reopened
On this date the Special Investigations Unit reopen the case of Adam Nobody because of the trauma and injuries he sustained. -
Police Chief Appoligizes
Adam Nobody recieves a public appology from the police chief for at first making Adam seem like the bad guy in this incident by making him be investigated for "attacking police". -
Five Officers identifed
On this date five of the officers that took part in the beating of Adam Nobody were identified. -

Babak Andalib-Goortani the man who took part in the beating of Adam Nobody and can say responsible for it was charged with assaulting a protester on this day. -

Babak Andalib-Goortani was charged again with assaulting a protester after a blogger (McCarthy) appeared and told the police about what was happened. -

The Adam Nobody case at first was supposed to happen today however was pushed back so the charges relating to the McCarthy case can be incoperated in the Adam Nobody case as well. -

New Court Date
The Adam Nobody court date was pushed back to today to incoperate both charges against Babak Andalib-Goortani. -
Officers involved Testimony
Not until this month that the other officers involved in the assault of Adam Nobody give their testimonies while appearing in another case against them. They said that they did not assault Adam Nobody and that they only brought him to the police van to search him but never beat him. -
Guilty Verdict
On this date Babak Andalib-Goortani was found guilty of assaulting a protester with a weapon, his sentence will be decided later in November of 2013. -
Punishment for Sentence
Babak Andalib-Goortani was sentenced to 45 days in jail with bail and an appending appeal for the charge of assualt with a weapon.
