I was born
I was born premature. I was born two weeks early and when I came out I was black because lack of oxygen. I weighed 4 pounds 7 oz. -
Chicken pox’s
My older brother gave me the chicken pox’s. When I got them I broke out severely in a rash. The rash was itchy and made me scream and cry till it went away. -
Fell off of tike bike
I fell off of my tike bike while cursing down a cement hill hit a crack, fell and slammed my face into the concrete. The pain was excruciating pain it felt worse than a burn. -
First surgery ( Dental )
I had to get surgery right away because of me falling off of my tike bike. The coolness in the air mad my stomach turn. The smell and bright lights I seen and smelled before the doctors put me to sleep mad me cry for my mom. -
School caught on fire in second grade
I was eating lunch when my schools lunch room caught on fire. Hearing people scream and seeing the flames made me so terrified of not knowing if I was going to make it out of the school ok. -
First day at fourth grade
The first day of fourth grade I felt so little. When I walked up onto the schools property and walked into the school and seen the bigger kids looking down to me just made me feel like I was not going to be ok. The school itself is what made me feel the way I did it had 2 gyms, huge hallways, and even 3 floors. -
Drove first race car
My dad’s birthday is July 4ht and my uncle races on my dad’s birthday and before the race we have a little party and my uncle usually drives his race car before the race to test it. But this year he let me drive it and boy could I feel the power, and muscle it had. As soon as I turned on Brockway Ave I put the pedal top the floor and it was so loud I thought the car blew up and I flied so fast down to the end of the road it was not funny. -
State race for BMX
This BMX race meant the most to me it was the most important sporting event in my life so far. My family and I drove so far out into no where all the way to Iona. When the buzzer rang in my ears to race my heart stopped and I left the gate it was the happiest time ever. The track was huge, the other riders where a lot faster than usual and it was hotter than any other race of the year. -
Videoed for civil war reenacting
The school District of MT.Morris made a little short video of me explaining what civil war reenacting was all about and what I did when I was there. I got dressed up into my battle gear and was videoed in my social studies class. The short video was included in the MT.Morris website. -
Caught record bass
The night I caught my record bass was at my grandma’s cabin on Sanford lake. It was 10:30 at night and I made my last cast of the night and I was reeling the line in then all of a sudden KA BOOM the fish hit my jig hard. The record fish was a 21 and a half inch, 10 pound bass that was a record for my grandma’s lake. -
Kawasaki’s disease
For about 3 days I felt different my lips where beat red, my feet where very dry, and I had very high temperatures. So then I told my mom and we went to the doctors and the doctor sent me right to the hospital and i ended up with a disease that does those things to u. I stayed in the hospital for about 2 weeks got read of the disease and went home happy again. -
Hurt shoulder in 8th grade during football
I played heavy weight football in 8th grade and one day at practice I made a very bone shaking hit on a big guy and tore and ripped some of my tendons in my shoulder. I went to the hospital and they said if I play football again it’s about a 75 percent chance of happening again and if it does I will not be able to move my arm. -
My fourteenth birthday
I can remember my 14 birthday like I just had it yesterday. I had a little birthday party at my house and had a few family members over. I got a lot of gifts but my best gifts I got was my 50 dollars and my phone which was a sliding LG. -
Started first day of High school
The day I had to leave home knowing that I was going to high school for my first time made me just sweat of fear and nervousness. The thing that made me the most scared or nervousness was thinking that I was going to get lost with all of the class rooms and hallways. Also because I figured I would expect the older kids to be so mean but they where not. -
Got my first deer
The morning I shot my deer I was so happy and excited I shook like a leaf on a tree. When the deer walk out into the field I looked it over and thought it was a doe but then after I shot it the doe I thought it was ended up being a button buck. Knowing it was even a buck made me happier.
