This was the forced removal of Native Americans from the present day United states. Thousands of Native Americans were subjected to death. -
Trail of Death
Squatters settled in the Patowatomi land and decided they needed to be moved from their home land. General John Tipton was in charge of the removal. This went on from Sept. 4th till Nov. 4th.
