This album launched Guns N' Roses career while also allowing for more bands to succeed later in their careers

    The album Nevermind changed music forever during this time Nirvana received a lot of attention as their album was a hit, people started to move on from the rock in the 80's and more onto grunge which was a new term that excited people, the reason why this album was such a hit was because of the lyrics to the songs and how they relate to teens during the time.

    Nirvana's frontman Kurt Cobain was found dead in his home in Seattle, he killed himself and left a note, his death caused millions of people pain he was the one who used Nirvana's lyrics to touch peoples lives and help them get through things in their life. After Kurt's death, the grunge genre almost disappeared along with rock in general.
