9/11
9/11 was a terroist attack on the twin towers the white house and the pentagon. The terroist hijacked four planes and crashed two of the four in to the twin towers which collapsed. One other hit the pentagon which killed everyone in the plane and quite a few in the pentagon. This is important to the world because it has been the cause iof two wars in Iraq and one in Afganistan. It has also made security more tight. It also made people think more about terroism. -
Start of Afganistan war.
The war in Afganistan was started because of 9/11 which I had already explaned. The war is about the Canadians who are trying to get rid of the Talaban in that country. The Talaban are the group in power and the rules are unfair so Canada is trying to get rid of their power. It has a impact on the world because not only do the Canadians know its going on but the countries surrounding Afganistan and Canada know about and are effected by the war. -

My grandma dying changed my life because I have never experienced death before and now I know what it feels like to lose someone you love. -
Tsunami hits Thailand.
On December 26th a Tsunami hit the coast of Thailand the Tsunami cause was a earthqauqe in the sea which happened twice measuring at a magnitude of a 9.1 and a 9.3. It killed over 23,000 people in the 14 countries it hit. This effected the world because it showed how bad Tsunamis are and they now are effected by it worldwide. The world was also effected because it hit more then 14 countries. -

Finding out how to use the internet changed my life because without it I would have to use a book ,which is very rare to find every thing you need in just one book but with internet you have all the information at your fingertips. -
