    I might have been vulnerable to identity theft by shopping online. Some websites and online shopping is untrustworthy and are ways to steal identity by getting credit card information. There might have been a pop up that I put my credit card information into, and that is bad because no legitimate company does it that way (7.2 p8).

    Other ways I could have made myself vulnerable are disposing of things and not clearing all my personal info first (7.2 p9). This is especially important now with computers and phones.

  • Protection

    In the future to avoid similar events I will have better, more complicated passwords. That will make them safer and less easy to get into my accounts. I will also privatize my social medial accounts and watch what I post so I'm not giving out too much personal information (7.2 p10).
