    Summer is the hottest season of the year, due to the high amount of beautiful sunshine! Temperatures in New Zealand range from 20-30 degrees in the summer season. Sunsine, blue skies, hot weather and the beach are all symbols of summer.

    Autumn (March- May)
    In New Zealand the autumn season goes from march to may. Temperatures are beginning to cool down in preperation for winter, it can also get rather windy! Autumn is also the season where most trees leaves turn brilliant shades of orange and yellow. Autumn brings with it: constantly changing weather, brightly coloured leaves and leaf cover ground.

    Winter (June- August)
    Winter in New Zealand is the coldest season of the year with temperatures ranging from 10- 15 degrees. Winter is also the season where most trees lose their leaves- dropping the dead brown leaves all over the ground. Winter also brings with it snow, frost and chilly winds.

    Spring (September- November)
    Spring is the season after winter where everthing begins to come to life again. Although the air can still be a bit cool, it slowly gets warmer and warmer. Spring is a time of baby animals, flowers blooming and lots of cherry blossoms!
