I used this for my preparatory task. This technology allowed me to present my ideas neatly. It was very easy to use as all I had to do is use powerpoint and then upload it to slideshare. This process was very straightfoward. It was sufficient to use as it easy to embed on blogger. This all made the process of using the programme very straightfoward. -

I used Blogger throughout the whole process of the coursework. It showcases my progress with the use of images, text and also embedded technologies. I used my knowledge from in AS regarding Blogger and was able embed onto my blogger, by putting the embed link onto the HTML page. Blogger was very easy to use as I already had knowledge on how to use this programme from AS, also another advantage was that I downloaded the app on my phone which allowed me to access blogger wherever I was. -

I used this technology for the preparatory task. It was very easy and suffieicent to use as it allowed me to present my ideas neatly and also due to me using a lot of images, this technology allowed me to present these images in a neat manner so that my presentation looks professional. -

I used this technology for the preparatory task. This was very easy to use as it is very similar to Microsoft Word but the only difference between these two technolgies is that it is more interactive. I decided to use this technology as I only had a little bit of writing to do so I felt that this technology would be sufficient to use. -

I used YouTube to upload the treatment pitch. On YouTube it was very easy to upload videos as it only took a few minutes. It is also very easy to embed YouTube videos onto Blogger as they are both linked to Google. However, while uploading, the footage was blurry, but this was soon resolved as I realised that it takes YouTube some time to process videos. -

As a group, we used Whatsapp to keep in contact with each other so that we can assign each other work to ensure that we met the deadlines. This was an advantage as not only is it free to use but also allows us to upload images, we used this wisely so that we can keep track of each others progress. -

I used Moodle to get the outline of the risk assessment forms. This was much easier to find than on Google as there was only two risk assessment templates to choose from on Moodle and this saved me time. -

Photography
We used the DSLR cameras to film the music video and also take pictures for the single. We had an induction on how to use them which was very helpful and aided us in learning how to zoom in and out, turn and decrease the brightness etc... which is exactly what we did. I learnt how to adjust the softboxes to my preference to get the perfect lighting. We decided not to use the flash on the camera as we felt that it didn't look very professional so as a result, we used our phone camera flashes. -

Final Cut Pro
We edited our music video on Final Cut Pro using the imacs. We learnt how to sync footage with the music on Final Cut Pro. We learnt how to desaturate the car scene, we did this by pressing effects and then desaturate. We also learnt how to brighten up the footage on Final Cut Pro, we did this by looking for the brightness tool. We also learnt how to add text to the footage, we added white text at the beginning of our music video. -

I used Moodle to get the outline for the equipment booking form.This was much easier to find than on Google as there was only one equipment form template to choose from on Moodle and this saved me time. -

I used google images to search for CD covers with my group. This allowed us to find a range of CD covers of our genre in a matter of seconds saving us time, however, we did have to search thoroughly to ensure that we reasearched properly. -

I used this technology for my print products. I learnt how to edit pictures (Image manipulation). This helped in developing my editing skills to produce up to standard images. I learnt how to add text and change the colour of the text. Also, how to place images onto Photoshop i.e. the barcode. All this helped in making my print products look professional and make it look interesting. I also learnt how to crop my images to my preference. -

I used this technology to present all my evaluation questions. I was pleased to use this technology as it allowed me to upload a banner which made this technology look more presentable. This was very easy to use as it is very similar to Blogger and this was an advantage as I have a lot of experience using Blogger due to using it for AS and A2 media.
