Lexington and Concord
Two lanterns hanging from Boston's North Church informed the countryside that the British were going attack by sea. -
The Battle of Bunker Hill
General Georage Washington told his soldiers to not fire until they could see the eyes of the british soldiers. The Americans had soldier and cannons pointing on the british. -
The Declaration of Independence
When news of the declaraion reached Boston , troops there fired guns and cannons in celebration .The Declaration of Independnce said that every man is created equal.
